Maintenance service prompt and good and my car runs well but always extra charges for this service. Also, the lot is packed with cars. Went in to check out a 2014 Honda Civic & was greeted by a salesman named Brant. Brant is exactly what you want to look for in a salesman! He was very friendly and made the entire car buying process easy. I did not feel forced to buy anything, which is something that means a lot to me when I go to a car dealership. Most salesmen I come across have the fake personality and won't take "no" for an answer. Brant made the process seem as if you were just buying a car from a close friend. Bought a 2017 Hyundai in 9/16/16. I only had 32k miles on it when I had to have a coil replaced this august. My 20 yr old granddaughter was just in a bad car accident and was on a ventilator and is now paral it when I had to have a coil replaced this august. I was a wreck up there waiting for the car to be fixed so I could go see my granddaughter who lives in Albany. While walking around crying and thinking vinny approached me. He sold me the Hyundai Elantra. Anyway he says hello and asked me if I was interested in an suv there I was looking at. I wasn’t really looking at the vehicle I was in deep thought about my granddaughter and told him all about her and showed him pics of her in the hospital. He gave his condolences and continued trying to sell me that suv. Don’t ask me how it happened but before you know it he had me test driving different suvs. He was so persistent and he won. I ended up leaving my car that only had 32k miles and a great warranty for a 2017 Nissan Rogue with 87,500 miles and no warranty!! Mind you I tried so many times to get away from him and was actually hiding in a corner outside just crying over my granddaughter. He found me said Anthony had all the paperwork done and at that point I felt obligated. As I was driving down the street I hit a bump and the rear view mirror popped off startling me to the point I almost had an accident. I went there 3 times to get the mirror fixed. The one time the guy just slid it back on and again after leaving the first bump it popped off again. I went up for an oil change. Oh yea I did get 4 free oil changes from Anthony but the would not give or even sell me a warranty. Vinny said you don’t want a warranty from here. I’ll have my friend who does warranties call you. Well that never happened. And now they want $200 to replace a rear view mirror that was broke from the time I bought the vehicle. Also I with my trade, my 2017 Hyundai Elantra I paid 15,999 not including taxes and fees for a 2017 Nissan Rogue with over 87k miles. And there’s nothing special about it. It’s just your standard rogue. Out of curiosity I approached another salesman when I went for my oil change the other day and asked him what they would give me for my Nissan towards a trade. He tells me $6000 to $ 8000. I couldn’t believe it. I told him I just bought that there in august and paid 16,000 not including taxes. He tried to make every excuse in the book and was trying so hard to get me to trade it for something else. These people do not care about you at all. Yea the first time buying a car they treat you like gold but go back and trade that car in and see what happens. Oh you’ll still be treated good because they’ll do and say anything for a sale. Also the rogue was going to the auction until they seen me coming. Please don’t fall for thier cons. Vinny, Anthony, and the manager who my sister and I went up to talk to not long after buying the vehicle and was told by Kelly blue book the cars value was half of what I paid. My sister was extremely upset as was I. The manager just wanted to hush us up because there were customers there and somehow made us believe Kelly blue book was wrong. Please think long and hard before buying a vehicle from here, especially trading in a vehicle you purchased brand new. They will put you in anything to make a commission!!! More

Service department is unreliable, did not feel as if my concerns were valued, passed my vehicle with a parking light out, tires had to be replaced 2wks after having it. Also did not provide a spare key to concerns were valued, passed my vehicle with a parking light out, tires had to be replaced 2wks after having it. Also did not provide a spare key to a 2019 suv!! Probably would not advise family or friends to go there unfortunately I hoped for better and did not get it More
