Stopped by with a light on my dash They took my car in (without a appointment) and fixed it. In the meantime I had hot choc and crackers. The comfort of home. We were all 6 ft apart. I am dissatisfied with the transaction per my purchase of Hyundai Tucson 2021 Limited edition. I have made two immediate attempts to resolve the situation with no success. The car was sold with two cracks in Hyundai Tucson 2021 Limited edition. I have made two immediate attempts to resolve the situation with no success. The car was sold with two cracks in a body as new. I identified the cracks the very next day after the purchase and brought the car to the dealership for an exchange. The service manager suggested that the car has cracks because of cold weather. If this is the case, Hyundai manufactures cars of poor quality. My second attempt to resolve the issue was responded with extreme rudeness with no attempt to consider the situation. At the moment, I am complaining to Best Business Bureau and Hyundai USA to find a resolution. I did loose good faith in the dealership and the brand that it represents. I am not able to give stars to any of your evaluative criteria given the described circumstances. This survey does not allow me to submit Zero rating. Therefore, to have my words heard, I am assigning one star to the overall experience. More
