The manager was very rude. I waited 3 weeks for my car, and got zero updates. When I called and the advisor was supposed to be there but ended up being off that day, my fiancé I waited 3 weeks for my car, and got zero updates. After waiting 10 minutes while we watched the manager walk around, he finally started talking to us. After we voiced our concerns, and we called our mechanic to find out that Dickson City Hyundai was lying, he mocked us and asked “are you a Hyundai technician? No, I didn’t think so.” He was beyond rude and I’ve had nothing but an awful experience there. I will remind every person I meet never to go there. More

Once taken care of, things were great. It was a hassle getting it done. We were given a run around for over a month since we got the car.
