Keeran is a very amiable, pleasant man. The reason I am giving the dealership only 4 stars is because I feel that their online advertising is a bit deceptive and time wasting. Clicking on Get a Quote or Get an ePrice will have you filling in information and will not get you a better price. After you fill out the form you will be asked to call a sales manager who will just tell you, "That's our price."- meaning the price already listed on the website. They just use it to get your phone number and email address so they can bug you later on if you don't come in to buy immediately. I understand that they are trying to make a buck like everybody else, but I was in pretty dire straits that day when my 10 year old Elantra lost its brakes and I needed a car in a hurry for work the next day. I sure as heck didn't need to be jumping through unnecessary extra hoops in vain hopes of getting a better price. On the other hand, this dealership has always come through on warranty work on my Elantra and has never nickel and dimed me on the Tires For Life program that they gave me with that car. They gave me about 3 sets of 4 new replacement tires in the 10 years that I owned the car. Pretty sweet deal. I wish I still had that program with the new car! I also think very highly of their service department. More

Overpriced Charged almost $600 for a new battery and oil change. Car wouldn't start so I had it towed there because car is still under warranty so if it was a hu Charged almost $600 for a new battery and oil change. I should have gotten the battery tested before towing it but I'm stupid and didn't think to do so... if I did though would have save ALOT of time/money changing myself... lesson learned . Other than the price everything else about this service center is great never had a problem. More
