Ford Flex repair Brandon was my assigned mechanic to take care of issues with my car. Waited close to 2 months on getting it do to Transmission problem leakage. Was transferred to Gibbons ford which was to busy to work on it so Brandon ordered was supposed to be new transmission but ended up on being a used 1 with 30 thousand miles on it. My car has 66 thousand miles on it so I felt it was fair.was assigned different viecal during my wait time which was a blessing to have do to my work full time skedual. It was cleaned up & reconditioned after they were done & I had to water a week for the transmission to she it was working well with no leaks. Afterwards Brandon courtesy did my undercoating on my Flex for free. Was very much appreciated. Along with having to use a brand new car to my job sight till my car was done. Much appreciated. Was able to pick it up after I gotten out of work at 7 pm. More

Why use old Spark Plugs I had my engine replaced under warranty. The engine was totally ruined. There was a hole in the engine block. Everything started out great. They were replacing my engine under warranty and even covering my rental car. Then, they called with "bad news". They reuse the spark plugs. Yes, spark plugs with 66,000 miles were going to be used in a brand new engine. But, my spark plugs were damaged when the engine died, so they could not reuse them. They charged me 69.00 for 4 spark plugs, and 2.00 bulls@#t shop fee. Why would spark plugs not be covered under the warranty engine replacement? More
