Got screwed with a loaner vehicle I am very pleased to announce that Dickson City Hyundai repaired our relationship by amending the problems I had with the loaner car agreement I had w I am very pleased to announce that Dickson City Hyundai repaired our relationship by amending the problems I had with the loaner car agreement I had with them. Legally, they had every right to hold me accountable for the damage that was done to the loaner car, but chose not to because I am a valued customer to them. They had every right to hold me accountable because I signed for the car, although I absolutely did NOT put the damage on the car and have no idea who did- although I believe the damage was there before I signed for it. Therefore, given the excellent response from them, I am revising my rating from 2 stars to 5. I have had a 10 year relationship with them and this is the only time we have had a falling out. I have never had a problem with them doing warranty repair work on the vehicle- they have always come through and this time was no exception. Also, I have the tires for life program with them and they have always provided new tires when the old ones wore out. To qualify for these benefits, the tires have to be rotated regularly and alignments performed, which can be costly, but they have always come through as promised, so no complaints from me on that- only praise, because in the long run it saves me money and hardship. More

Excellent Service Brought my new 2019 Sante Fe in for an oil change on Saturday. Service was very busy but I was greeted by the service advisor as well as the salesman Brought my new 2019 Sante Fe in for an oil change on Saturday. Service was very busy but I was greeted by the service advisor as well as the salesman who sold me the car back in December. I was in and out in under an hour. I was not hounded to pay for additional add on services, etc. It was explained to me that I am coming due for certain maintenance procedures on my next visit, but no pressure. The service team is excellent. The only negative I would say is that when I call to make an appointment I am frequently put on hold, then told someone would call me back, at times I never receive a phone call back. More

Adam cannot figure out the value of a car Adam sucks for car values he goes by Kelly blue book and uses a formula for cars in poor condition trying to steal your car right from under you .But Adam sucks for car values he goes by Kelly blue book and uses a formula for cars in poor condition trying to steal your car right from under you .But Hyundai wants are fortune for there used rusted underneath cars and trucks .I been approved by the dealership I have a 800 credit score but the practices of low balling people on there trade below the Nada book average is all but unreasonable this guy needs to be fired from his job first of all when did the service manager interupt in the middle of a deal to get my 2017 challenger for 1,500 you heard it right fifteen hundred with 6000 miles on it it felt like a insult I wanted to give him something he would never forget but obviously the guys a jerk big time stay away from Rosado auto group aka Hyundai Dickson city yes the can do the deals therhe other won’t with revolving interest rates they hurt more people than help people not because I couldn’t get a deal with them but because we purchased from them before and there service department is a joke if your credit is good stay away unless you have bad credit well they will reposses the car any way with there terms and conditions Horrible Place More
