Wow——Incompetence When we bought the car it had a sensory going off so we made an appointment that day to get it (and a few other things) fixed. We brought it up there and received a loaner car which we ended up having for approximately TWO WEEKS—which seems a bit excessive. When we finally got the car back only the sensor was fixed-not the corrosion on the battery, missing panel on door, or the scratches buffed out (which were supposed to be done before we brought the car home the first day). This required another trip to the service center. When my husband arrived for that appointment (which was set up through Adam—but only after numerous unanswered emails about our concerns and disappointment in the work not being done) there was no record of his appointment and no loaner car available for him to take. Adam later told him that they would pick our car up the next day and leave him a loaner car. He gave them the number to call to set this up. For some reason they refuse to ever use this number even after numerous times (over the past 3 1/2 years—had another car we previously bought here) we told them this was the primary number to use not my cell phone. When he tried to call them the next day to make arrangements to get the car there was never an answer. This resulted in yet another trip to them. Finally this work has been done. Disappointed To start we were met by a man from North Carolina who was only concerned with a making sale. When asked what we wanted our monthly payment to be and my husband asnswered, this man wrote down a greater amount saying “Oh come on”. Then when asking our salaries he said to my husband “Wo, you really married up!” We thought this was very crass and rude-to the point that we almost walked out without meeting with a salaman. Against our better judgement we stayed. We had already previously purchased a car here and didn’t have an excellent experience but thought we would give them another chance. (I highly doubt that you will get a third chance.) We were then bounced back and forth between Billy and Dan and they were both very quick and just wanted to get the sale and be done. They both said things would be taken care of that never were and resulted in my husband making numerous trips up there. (This will be detailed in the service review.) Mike Pace was very friendly, competent, and helpful. I have nothing negative to say about our dealing with him. More
Service Sucks I went to get my car locked at and ended up getting a new car. Now I never had a problem the last two times I got a car hear, but this time was absoul I went to get my car locked at and ended up getting a new car. Now I never had a problem the last two times I got a car hear, but this time was absoulute bull! I was lied to and told it was a new car and only drove by a manager around Hyndai. Then not only did it need a new driver blinker but someone left burger king wrappers in the side consil. They even lied and said they gave me every discount they could even with trading in my 2018 car. They only gave me 700 hundred off. So I took it up three days later, sat waiting two hours and I explained I feel like I got punched in the stomach with this deal. The only thing I was told when I asked for a few thousand off was "well we're like a third guy here we can't do anything it already went through the bank. So they didn't help me one bit! Didn't take nothing off. And didn't try to work with me to trade for another car. So now I'm stuck with a car that gonna cost me 40 thousand dollars and two hundred bucks more then my 2018. Mind you this car is the same year, with a broken blinker, the roder is going, I'm still yet to see the second key I was promised, and they over charged me. A bunch of liars and con men! Will never buy from them again, or a Hyndai as long as I live. And btw the inspection is due in 2 weeks only had the car a week. Very sad! More

Wonderful Experience I had an appointment this past Tuesday with Vinny to discuss my lease that was ending within the next few weeks. With the help of Anthony, Vinny was able to set me up with a brand new lease in a 2019 Hyundai Elantra for a great price. Both Vinny and Anthony were extremely helpful and made the whole experience much more pleasant and seamless than I expected it to be. More
