He actually went above and beyond in helping me get the new car home. However, I fell victim to the fast talking, unscrupulous Financial Manager, Anthony Tooson, and unknowingly purchased a Dealer Owned Warranty Company (DOWC) warranty that I had told him I did NOT want. In hindsight I see that he simply did not take no for an answer and completed the paperwork in a deceptive and misleading manner. More
