Sales staff were helpful as was Finance mgr. The dealership was helpful and accommodating, most especially as relates to financing. Car was not serviced and it was necessary to come back for same The dealership was helpful and accommodating, most especially as relates to financing. Car was not serviced and it was necessary to come back for same. Had to return 3 times as the correct amount of oil was not put into the engine. On the 3rd return to correct this issue, a tech with a background in BMWs diagnosed the problem which was that the previous tech had underfilled the engine with oil and that, in fact the engine was 2 quarts low.
