Disappointed in first time service appointment. Knowing that Hyandai and Kia are sister companies and being a former Kia owner, I was disappointed that my “free” inspection was not free. I was char Knowing that Hyandai and Kia are sister companies and being a former Kia owner, I was disappointed that my “free” inspection was not free. I was charged $55 for emissions, Kia never charged me anything. I only have this lease four months and shouldn’t have even needed an inspection. Also Kia washed and vacuumed my vehicle after servicing it. Not the case here. More
