Not like they used to be! This dealership isn't what they used to be. I've bought 2 brand new cars within the last 4 years and the sales team would go out of their way to get you in the car you want. I've gone twice in the last year now and they weren't willing to budge an inch or try very hard to get an approval. They claim to use over 100 different banks Nationwide yet during my last attempt they only appeared to try just 3 banks and was told there was nothing they could do for me. They used to go out of their way for their loyal customers now they don't seem to care like they used to. More

Very helpful to meet my needs Brant was very good to work with to get what I needed. He listened to the details, found a vehicle to meet all my needs, and offered to help even afte Brant was very good to work with to get what I needed. He went out of his way to get me the car quickly, offered to help return a rental, filled the gas and made sure the car was clean and ready to use. The only downside was that the sales floor/showroom felt cluttered and not real comfortable. More

**BUYERS BEWARE** WE HAD PURCHASED OUR CAR 4 YEARS AGO. WE HAD BOUGHT IT WITH 7,000 MILES ON IT USED. WE WERE INFORMED THAT IT CAME WITH THE 10 YR OR 100,000 MILE WAR WE HAD PURCHASED OUR CAR 4 YEARS AGO. WE HAD BOUGHT IT WITH 7,000 MILES ON IT USED. WE WERE INFORMED THAT IT CAME WITH THE 10 YR OR 100,000 MILE WARRANTY AND WHEN I HAD CALLED ABOUT A ISSUE, BECAUSE WE WERE THE 2ND OWNER THAT DOES NOT IMPLY TO US. WE ARE ONLY ALLOWED 53,000 AS THE 100,000 MILES ONLY IMPLIES TO FIRST OWNER. THE HAD TOLD US WE SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. THE SALESMAN NEVER OFFERED IT TO US AS SAID WE HAVE EVERYTHING LISTED ON PAPER IN WINDOW.. I STILL HAVE THE PAPER THAT WAS IN WINDOW SHOWING WHAT WAS INCLUDED AND THEY SAID THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO FOR ME AS THAT IS THE POLICY. I HAD EVEN CALLED HYUNDAI HEADQUARTERS AND REPORTED IT. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM HYUNDAI AND WOULD NEVER REEFER ANYONE TO THEM!!!! More
