Poor Customer Service I was saddened by my service. I was not called at any time by the customer service department to update me on the progress of my vehicle. I called and I was saddened by my service. I was not called at any time by the customer service department to update me on the progress of my vehicle. I called and my insurance agent called repeatedly (the agent was unable to get ahold of the body shop rep at all during the almost 3 weeks he had my car). The “ready date” of my car was delayed multiple times (which I totally understand happens and can be unpredictable) but I only found out because I called the day I was to pick up my car EACH TIME. I live 45 minutes away had I not called that would have been quite a wasted trip multiple times and no one there seemed to care until I called Brandon I ripped him a new one the last time I was to pick up my car and again they didn’t know when it would be ready, “Maybe tomorrow, Still can’t get a hold of the guy at the body shop.” Only when he got tired of listening to me did he make it right by calling the body shop guy at home to find out for sure when my car would be ready and then deliver it to me at work the next day since I had to work and then take my son to the ER the next day to have a procedure done and didn’t have time to wait and see if maybe the car would be ready again. My husband is due for a new car this summer and our last two cars have been purchased at Dickson City Hyundai; out last two customer service dealings have not been pleasant. Seems like once you make the sale the service ends. We will be looking elsewhere this summer. 😞 More

Not happy My smelled on the interior had to clean it myself ,the oil change indicator still says change oil n I looked at the oil n it looked dark , n now I don My smelled on the interior had to clean it myself ,the oil change indicator still says change oil n I looked at the oil n it looked dark , n now I don't feel sure of the mechical work that was suppose to be done is up to standards I just don't have the time to be down with out my car or take time off from work to make it done right. Oil change and Low tire air pressure-nail in tire. My 7:45AM oil change appt. turned into a longer one due to a nail in my back tire. The nail was causing low tire air pressure. I was happy with the service and continue to rely on their expert maintenance of my 2013 Sonata. However, I did not expect the service to take three hours to perform. To my knowledge, I was the first person to bring in my car for services on 12/11/18 but several people were done before me. Granted, I do not know what services their cars needed, but I think mine was a little too long for the services rendered. Thank you. More
