The f bomb worst- 10+YEARS. LAUNI+BRANDON NEED TO GO!!!! Lack of receptionist educated on policies after service hours. Rules need to change. Writing an article in and broadcasting to media. DONE!! Launi- sc Lack of receptionist educated on policies after service hours. Rules need to change. Writing an article in and broadcasting to media. DONE!! Launi- scheduled my appointment told me to bring the car in and we would get my inspection sticker put on that they had never put on in the first place after a $4,000 repair was made keep in mind they didn't want my car as a trade in even though the motor blew before we even made our sixth payment on the car when we first bought it so the miles on the motor are far less than the odometer reads, I was willing to drive out of there with a brand new car had they been willing to take mine, instead they took the $4,000 and knocked $800 off. they told me they would detail the car,the car was disgusting when I picked it up, worse than we even left it. we bought this car in 08 as an 09 model at 21 years old with 0 miles on it and drove it clean off the lot. The windshield broke on the third month then the motor blew on the 6-month mark and every four months since then the rotors calipers and brakes on the back end of the car needed to be changed constantly needless to say we got a lemon, the recall didn't come out for years later on the backend not to mention how the front axle decided to just break driving down the highway, bypass rather, three small children in the backseat and that cost an additional $1,200 to fix completely random break. A $28,000 car ended up costing me nearly 40. in January 2018 is when we had this big $4,000 repair with a guarantee that they would fix everything from front to end even though there were a lot of things we didn't approve on that list they did it anyways and charged us anyways one of those things being the seat belts, the seat belts now Jam which is never happened before, they told me pain. Wouldn't allow them to put the inspection sticker on my car being that it was 10 months past so they never gave me an option of either refunding the money I had already paid, proving that PennDOT would not allow them to put the sticker on, and then of course the option of just Re-inspecting it and getting the sticker put on..... the reason the sticker wasn't put on in the first place is because the receptionist just kept saying he was sorry and he didn't know why it wasn't there we were in four times that we can all four times he said the same exact thing only the last time he said just keep your paperwork with you and that's good enough proof of your inspection and so out of pure frustration over these 10 years that's what we did well, the day came where I did get pulled over and sure enough I got a 10-day inspection notice because the paperwork did not work. Brandon inspected the car, failed as a car for struts, front struts but was willing to put the back left blinker light in for free keep in mind this is not just my inspections I do live in scranton PA so it's my emissions as well. The entire situation was just so backwards let me tell you he blatantly ask me for another $700 when I was told in the first place to just come in to get my sticker these are service people that's scheduled my appointment and told me to come in for my sticker people that work with the district manager store manager whatever kind of manager there is. Yes my grammar is very bad here but don't worry, I will be riding a much better one and more people will see it then they will this. I got in touch with the officer being I was terrified that I'm now going to lose my license because all three of my children's birthdays are the very same week Brendan had the nerve to ask me for another $700 with Christmas only several weeks after nonetheless still paying back the 4000 something dollar repair from 10 months ago on a car I paid off one year after I purchased. The officer nearly crapped his pants, South Abington police is who I spoke to they gave me an extension of 10 days and highly recommended I get in touch with my lawyer in which case I may take up his advice. It was not against the law to put my inspection sticker on. My father who is now gone warned me the day that I pulled off the lot with a Hyundai instead of an American made car , that I be in a lifelong suitable missery with the people who works there. He was right but I was 21, just bought a house with 2 acres of land, had a state job just had a baby was in a 7-year relationship with someone who also had a great job and why wouldn't we buy a brand new car when life is that good? Let me add something else I didn't even have my door open when I pulled into Hyundai's parking lot to walk into the building, before some guy I believe his name was Adam was all up in my face asking me if I wanted to get rid of the car what I was here for telling me he was certain that he could put my car in auction and I can drive away with a brand new car and he just nagged me to death. So okay fine you're a Salesman I get it, but have some dignity and some respect for the people on your property none-the-less that you invited onto the property. After no thanks 5 times, this man consistently followed me until I knew pray had pulled into the parking lot in which I was grateful. How bad must your workplace be and how much pressure must you put on your people to make them vanish any drop of self-respect they have to chase around people who are just trying to get what is owed to them. I would have one this so long ago but I'm 31 now. I know more, I've gained more and I've lost more, but I've been to other dealerships such as Minooka Subaru with my grandmother and a Nissan dealer with my sister and when I say sister I mean I have four sisters all of which got the same exact car and then everybody on my grandmother side got the same exact car and it was nothing at all like Hyundai, not even one drop. Please do not waste your time and money and pride going there this place. I'm honestly humiliated for them to say that you're a Dickson City Hyundai employee to me just makes me feel bad. I could go on and on with the countless situations. But this is my final one, the guy who sold me the car his name was Max claimed he had a company car and all that ask me for my social security number just for file but he actually ran my name through about 14 different lenders trying to see if it could go into my name when I wasn't the one trying to get the car it was me and my boyfriend as stated prior... it was going to go in his name with his grandmother as the cosigner so they screwed me right from the beginning only I didn't find out until years later... The point I'm getting at with the worst thing they did was a week later I pulled into the gas station and started pumping gas and you can only pump $0.03 at a time and it remain that way all the way up until 10 years later being part of the $4,000 repair so I had to trade off yes my gas will pump now more than $0.03 at a time it will pump the entire time but the gauge is broke so when the miles say 48 miles left it means you're going to run out of gas immediately in your car is going to shut right off. Meanwhile I was at that gas station and who pulled in but Max driving an Audi... LOL!!!!! At first he pretended not to know who I was but, I was there for nine hours he knew who I was. Now he could have easily just walked away and I wouldn't have harassed him I would have just come to my $0.03 at a time and left but he did turn his head to me and my father was with me and he said your father was right you made a terrible mistake by buying a Hyundai. My grandmother was so happy with the $99 flat screen 18 inch TV that they gave her that she nearly begged us just to keep it and pay it off and it would last a lifetime as they promised she was 79 at the time today is her birthday in fact. I don't know what c review guidelines means but I'm assuming they're not going to post this it was a 25 word minimum I only had 23 words typed and they insisted I typed more so here I am 1650 words in for something that probably won't even get posted but like I said it's okay because I have so many connections. That My story will be heard. I have never been royally screwed not in my personal life or financial life or anything as I have them by Hyundai and let me tell you that included losing the house that I bought in a flood at the same time a $10,000 motor blew in my brand new car, losing my house and car at the same time I also lost my state job. Hyundai is a screw over of a lifetime and every single time I'm in there people are always always complaining you don't ever see anybody happy and shaking hands and talking everybody is just miserable and when they give you that price they just say it like they've practiced it a million and a half times because most likely they have. Please forgive any typos I have really hoped my point gets a crossed as I am not going to reread this I'm just going to copy and paste it and then edit it and use it in a much better way. I apologize for being kind of all over the place but the timeline from the day I drove off the lot till now has been exactly as described, all over the place. It is just so disheartening let alone sickening, I literally threw up because I was so afraid a few days ago when I had to muster up all my courage to call the cop who had pulled me over to tell him that Hyundai wanted another $700 for an inspection that was already covered for 12 month period of Time. They intimidated me and they lied and they broke so many things in the car that weren't broken and they are just plain heartless, soulless and even uneducated. If any of them had any type of degree of any sort I would be absolutely shocked. thank you so much Hyundai for sending me this review via text. It's the one decent thing you could have possibly done... Whether it's automated or not someone set it up to send out text messages to make reviews on this website. More
