Service stole my mother's handicap placard My mother brought her car in for an inspection at the end of September. She accidentally left her handicap parking placard on the seat when she droppe My mother brought her car in for an inspection at the end of September. The service department told her no one had it when she called to check. Shame on whomever took it for stealing something like this from an elderly woman!! More
