Top-notch customer service My salesman, Brandt, made my family's first new car buying experience a delightful one! His wit, and personality made it very comfortable for us to feel at-ease during the whole process about what we were getting and our decision on such a big purchase. He was also helpful with getting my wife and I familiar with all the different functions of the vehicle such as the bluetooth setup, navigation, sirius radio, and the Hyundai blue link app. He seemed relatively new as he was a bit shy, at first, but once we spent a few minutes together he opened up and his true character shined and I think with time and more experience; he will be a great asset to your organization and do very well in sales and customer service. The service dept employee whom I dont know his name (red-headed guy with a trimmed beard, also very friendly and polite. And Anthony from finance had such a positive and upbeat personality he made us feel like we were hanging out at one of friends houses, it was soo comfortable, relaxed and humorous to be in his presence. One negative thing I noticed...many of the salepersons sat on their phones not acknowledgeing customers like as if they were lounging at home and didnt care much about greeting potential customers. Either at their desk like a blone headed female, or outside as you walk in like the salesman who seemed to spend his whole time vaping and texting and didnt even greet us as we were walking up to the door upon arrival. Very unwelcoming, but luckily you have other dedicated employees who make it immediately positive upon contact. More

Failure to communicate! When I called to make an appointment for the recall on my 2008 Elantra I was told it would take 1/2 day. When I arrived no one asked for a number at which I could be reached. I was given a ride to Panera and, had it not been for my husband contacting them, I would not have been aware that they needed to order a part and it would take a day (actually took 3 days.) A rental was provided and when I arrived at Enterprise the manager told me he had been at the dealership with the rental right after I left. Again, no one told me to wait for the rental. More
Sad state of customer service Never an apology given, for any of the issues. The work took almost double the amount of time that was promised. Steering wheel and door handles were covered in grease when the work was completed. I will probably be going to a different dealership even though the next closest dealership is over 45 minutes extra away from my house, next time I need work done on my car. More
