Never checked car Brought my car in for recall and seatbelts while standing outside on my cell phone watched my car for nearly 40 minutes it was never taken in by a se Brought my car in for recall and seatbelts while standing outside on my cell phone watched my car for nearly 40 minutes it was never taken in by a service man nor did anyone go near my car, service was not perform to the best of my knowledge, was asked if I wanted my car inspected , Or did I were the 85,000 mile check up. When I answered no to both of these questions within 10 minutes the service person told me my car was ready. Car was never move from the spot I parked it nor did anyone any of my card to check to see belts. Overall experience with this visit was very negative Felt it was a ploy to try and get other services done, not sure if I want to use the service center again even though I have had positive experiences in the past. More
