It was nearly impossible to get in touch with the mechanic. I was told in the event the car needed a major repair there is no guarentee for a loaner vehicle. I called multiple times throughout the day trying to get an update incase I needed to rent a car. Noone returned my phone call until after 5pm. So at that point I had to rent a car because I needed transportation for work. When I got a call back the mechanic said I can pick the car up the next day but we will talk tomorrow because he wanted to go home. The next day I had to call numerous times AGAIN because I needed to pick my car up after I got out of work which the service department would be closed by then. So I had to make a payment over the phone..but I had to continually call yet again to get in touch with someone. They had my car for almost 48 hours for what apparently was an extremely minor repair. I understand there are other customers and im sure they are busy. But this was ridiculous. More
