Personal preference, but I find it off-putting to deal with someone who smells like an ashtray, and feels the need to lean in close when speaking with me. The dealership what not upfront about the term or interest rate of my loan. The dealership said they charged a $1000 fee to process an end of lease buyout. At the signing they added $1000 to the res interest rate of my loan. The dealership said they charged a $1000 fee to process an end of lease buyout. At the signing they added $1000 to the residual price of the car listed on my contract and also charged me an additional $500 fee. I ended up paying $1500 in fees to buy out my lease and was given an 8 year loan which I did not want. I do not recommend this dealership. More

I overall have had a good experience with Dickson city Hyundai. Loni (I hope I spelled it right) is amazing! She's very knowledgeable and always explains everything to me. I can't remember the guy's name that helped me, I think Darwin? He took me home and picked me up to get my 2020 Elantra once my service was finished and he's very pleasant and knowledgeable as well.
