Sales department is awesome. Process of purchasing the car was lengthy. Service department is overwhelmed. Tried calling for "free" oil changes and couldn't get an appointment within 5 weeks. Then car broke down and had to be towed in and took 3 weeks just to diagnose. Ended up trading that car in on a new car. The sales department took the service issues into consideration. More
