I purchased my car from from back in 2017, & the service was awful since the start & I should have went some place else. The man who took care of my tried to screw me any way that he could, he lied about so was awful since the start & I should have went some place else. The man who took care of my tried to screw me any way that he could, he lied about some things & it was just horrible. Fast forward to 12/2021 & the engine blows in my car, at 50,000 miles, let me tell you, I’ve called them about 2x a week since just to find out warranty information, to which no one, let me repeat that, no one, has answered, nor called me back. Now my car is been sitting at Motorworld Hyundai service in Wilkes Barre, since February 1, 2022. They already looked at my car, & deemed that it needed a new engine, & I’m still waiting for Hyundai to approve/deny the warranty. I bought the car at 35,000 miles, & the engine blew at 50,000. Please, buy a car from someplace else, don’t go through this place. The customer service is absolutely horrible. & I know for a fact, I will never, purchase a car, lease a car, or recommend this place for a car, to anyone, for as long as I’m alive. More
