Fact are Facts: It took me over two months to get an appointment . I needed service my transmission and radiator before 60,000. They where both do. Now because of the time frame my car went over 60,000 mile. There was also three (3) recalls pilling up . My check engine light came on too. Calls to service never returned tried for for two weeks .No message machine for weeks, calls to sales to get message to service failed Even messages at any one that had a mans machine failed any return calls . The the third week I started calling cooperation when recalls stated . . Now only way I got the appointment was by calling the corporate office. I am currently working with them to get my car serviced for the check engine light that came on before 60,000 miles. Still one more recall of the tree. Now that recall same thing to bring the car back no one answers the phone, I understand a lot of it’s probably Covit and there’s no workers ? Fact is that’s not my problem . Why penalize me by making me wait over seven weeks for an appointment , three weeks to answer the phone and only getting an appointment when corporate headquarters did the appointment online. The people are extremely friendly. I have no problem with the employees, my problem was getting an appointment !!!! Trying to get someone to answer the phone or return call from service department. I just wanted to get my car serviced before it went over 60,000 miles . Also due to the factor system no one NO ONE BUT" HYUNDAI" Culd do recalls (# all three ) no one could do transmission Just dealers !!! I am still working with corporation of Hyundai as my car should be covered with the warranty ( tried almost 2 months ) to get in. it’s not my fault that we have Covid, it’s not my fault that almost 8 weeks to get an appointment, not my fault that you have three Recalls on my Hyundai Hybrid Sonata, we still have one to do. I called again three days no return call's no one’s called me back. Also waiting for Hyundai Corporations Warranty , Service Costumer service to help. They know all my calls and all the work to get an appointment . Car is only over 60,000 a little and took over two months to do it. RJR More

Customer service was very poor. went in for a oil change and tire rotation included free with new car package. Returned car to me but never said they did not do tire rotation. Questioned it after I noticed it was not done and told I didn’t need a tire rotation they were willing to let me leave without informing me. Only told me the truth when I came back to question them More
