Myself and my family have bought approximately 10 new or used vehicles from your dealership. We always felt that the service department was one of the strong suits of Dickson city Hyundai. Unfortunately recently the service department has taken a severe downward trend. The wait times to get a service appointment are completely unmanageable and ridiculous. On my last visit I did not get a copy of my multi point inspection report so that I could verify everything was done and actually see the condition of my brakes and tires I had to call back to get that report texted to me.
