Such a poor experience! Salesmen were hard to get in touch with, unresponsive, unprofessional - specifically Brant but also the entire dealership as a whole. I wanted to buy out my lease versus get pric touch with, unresponsive, unprofessional - specifically Brant but also the entire dealership as a whole. I wanted to buy out my lease versus get pricing on a new vehicle and no one would give me any quotes for weeks. I finally got told they would not offer the lease term I wanted at all (after previously being told they would accommodate it) and got an estimate of what my monthly payment would be to buy out my lease THREE DAYS after my lease matured. Ended up needing to drive 2 hours to the dealership to force them to give me solid numbers in person and had to work with a different sales associate than Brant who quoted me at an extra $150 per month than what Brant had told me over the phone and said he had no idea why Brant would have lied and gave me a fake price but the numbers would never have been as low as I was informed by Brant. The new sales associate added on an extra $1k in down payment charge that I was never told about, and also refused to give me an itemized list of what the residual cost I owed to buy out my vehicle was with breakdown of what was residual value, taxes, fees. Made my boyfriend and I sit for 45 minutes waiting for “papers to be printed” after we had already reached a deal. At this point I was so frustrated and exhausted by the whole experience I just wanted to pay the money and leave. Ended up getting home and finding my initial lease contract and found out they charged me about $2500 OVER what the residual value of the car is (which is why they would not provide an itemized list). Overall, terrible customer service. Go here if you would like to be frustrated, drug along, lied to, and overcharged. I am a physician, so I know I cannot hold a used car salesman to the level of professionalism that I adhere to - but this place was a joke. Do better. More
I am so pleased with their service department, Brandon my service advisor went above and beyond with my vehicle’s transmission that had to be replaced and providing me with a loaner. Receptionist greeted me as I walked in asking me on my appointment. I told her it was for my automatic starter to be put in. After I needed a ride to work which worked in well. I'm pleased with Brandon. But the man behind the service desk was not courtious. I was given a dealership car for the day. No one directed me to where the car was. I had to find it on my own. Would have been nice to have someone be specific as to where my car was parked after being serviced other than it's out front. As I was walking around looking for my car, Chris in sales was outside. He was kind enough to help me locate my car. I expect more help,guidance and courtesy from the desk employees in the service department when I'm at DC Hyundai where I purchased my car. More
