Have dealt with this dealership under the prior owners for 9 purchases and leases over the years. This was our first purchase with the new dealer (Diehl). The sales person was great as always, the pricing for 9 purchases and leases over the years. This was our first purchase with the new dealer (Diehl). Our only complaint was with a "sub-contractor" who was promised to provide a service, but didn't show for several days, with no explanation as to why late. All in house personnel worked hard to remedy this, and it has now been completed. One more small issue, and that has been scheduled for repair with the service department. More
