The dealership is often hard to get ahold of. I required a maintenance check of my car since the check engine light was on. Got an oil change and requested a report of the breaks and tire conditi I required a maintenance check of my car since the check engine light was on. Got an oil change and requested a report of the breaks and tire conditions and received neither. When I finally got the part replaced to turn the check engine light off, I got in my car and my check engine light was still on. So I had to wait an additional hour at the facility to just have them tell me they had to reset a bad airbag code. Kia has fallen FAR from the grace it once held imo. More
