I have researched your time in our shop and can understand the disappointment. When you originally came in with your 2022 Telluride with 75,000 miles on April 26, 2024 you had came in for an oil change and to have us install a temperature sensor that you had special ordered from our parts department prior to coming in, we completed the install and oil change as you requested. You had came back in on May 6th after putting an additional 800 miles on it, having the same issue, this time allowing us to diagnose it properly which resulted in us changing an Electrical Thermostat Assembly which ultimately corrected the issue. I am sorry you had to come back in a second time, but this is only because you desired to use the part you had special ordered prior to us diagnosing the vehicle. I am happy to see that your vehicle is repaired to factory specifications and I appreciate the kind words regarding Angela.
