Hello Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feelings on your recent visit. I have taken the time to dig in and get the details on what occurred during your visit. We had you scheduled to come in for your appointment at 1:00 pm and it shows you were not able to come in until 1:40 pm, which we understand that sometimes things come up that cause delays. We did have a full schedule that day and regardless of being late for your scheduled time we did take the time to check the codes on the vehicle free of charge to diagnose the issue and shared that with you. We were unfortunately unable to accommodate you on our schedule for that day and informed you that we would have to set an appointment for another day. We understand that sometimes mis understandings occur, we did say it would be 5 or 6 days to get you in as our schedule was full but you had passed. Thank you so much for taking the time for leaving a review. We always try to do our best to hit all the right marks to ensure you our customers are taken care of. In this case I apologize that we fell short. We always try providing loaners to our customers when they are available and unfortunately at the time your vehicle was in our service department, our loaners were all out to other customers. Sometimes we are able to get them back quick dependent upon when we get their vehicle complete in the shop and sometimes those times are delayed due to parts availability, either way we truly apologize for the inconvenience. The issue with getting a return call from our service writers is something that normally does not occur and after checking our phone system, I did not see any missed messages, however you bringing this up is being addressed with our service team so we can better serve not only you in the future but also all of our customers. Thanks to good customers like you, we can continue to improve by hearing not only what we did correctly but where we may have fallen short. I hope you will give us another opportunity to earn your trust as this was an isolated incident.
