I was told I need a new motor for our 19 forte with 87 thousand miles on it, I do not believe this to be true. Your service department offered no proof of it. Evidently the customer doesn’t come first. Brought our Kia in for a recall and whoever drove my vehicle scuffed up the panel when getting in and out. The manager came out to talk to us and he Brought our Kia in for a recall and whoever drove my vehicle scuffed up the panel when getting in and out. The manager came out to talk to us and he told us we should have taken it somewhere else to have it worked on and we told him that the vehicle was in for a recall and we didn’t have a choice. He could care less. He thought we were ridiculous for complaining about that. I told him my car is paid for and we take very good care of our vehicles and that I don’t want to have a car payment that’s why we are a little fussy when it comes to taking care of our vehicles. Again he absolutely didn’t care. It’s too bad we couldn’t have taken care of the recall ourselves. We would NEVER recommend your dealership to anyone! More
