Ron is an exceptional sakes rep. I began my contact with him via e-mail. He always responded and answered all my questions. Meeting a dealing with him was the easiest that I have I began my contact with him via e-mail. He always responded and answered all my questions. Meeting a dealing with him was the easiest that I have ever purchased a car. He did not try to pressure me in any way. He also stood behind every thing he wrote to me in our e-mails. Midway, I decided change from the Sportage to the Sorento and he again gave ne a great deal. On the day I went to purchase the car, I came in early on a day he wasn't due until noon. They wanted to have someone else help me but I wanted to wait for Ron so we could meet. They gave my husband and myself the car we were inquiring about to drive around until he got there. He came in early and was a pleasure to work with. Again, no pressure, no Hassle. Made our experience a very positive one. Will definitely send anyone who is interested in buying a car to him. More
had my car towed in & i kept getting messages that car was in garage & 2 cars ahead of mine. That was fine bit had to keep calling every week to find out what was happening. Same answer “its next “ then was told technician had to wait for company to ok it. They had it for 6 weeks & i was told I couldn’t get a loaner car till they knew it was under warranty. I explained that I was on unemployment and need to look for jobs but that didn’t matter. all that they needed to do was Computer related and then I finally got my car back. Was definitely not happy about the whole situation. More
Did not appreciate having to drive there 3 times to finalize paperwork and after the second time I was told that the salesman would get me a gas card for having to come out again. Each way was over 50 finalize paperwork and after the second time I was told that the salesman would get me a gas card for having to come out again. Each way was over 50 miles each way and an hour drive. Only to get there for it to take a minute or so to put the 30 da6 tags on the vehicle and be told they don't do the gas cards anymore. More
I was not told that the btry would be disconnected, nor , that all devises would need to be re-set. I did not notice this mess untll I was already on my way home.
