Changing Story I leased a brand new 2017 Kia Sorento from Waikem Kia. I felt I was lied to from my time there. I was told that I could get the car washed for free as I leased a brand new 2017 Kia Sorento from Waikem Kia. I felt I was lied to from my time there. I was told that I could get the car washed for free as long as I owned the car. The times I would take it in, they were too busy to do it. And now, when I tried again, I was told they received a call saying to stop washing customer cars for free. Since their other dealerships do not do it, they won't allow their Kia customers to benefit. I was also told that they would get my plates for me for the car. Now they have changed their story and are charging me for them. Not to mention I had to remind them that my temp tags are expiring soon, where were they? Nobody called or followed up with me to let me know the status of them. Poor customer service, lies, and a changing story. They will tell you anything to get you off the lot in their car and then when you try to exercise the promises they made, they will just tell you sorry, it has changed. Do yourself a favor and go to a more honest and upfront dealer! More

Low ball trade offer!! Absolutely the worst experience by far. Dwayne and Wayne couldn't have insulted me any more with their low trade offer. I received two trade offers from other dealers for 10,500 & 11,100. These two offered me 7,100!! Heir justification that Dwayne explained was their car they were selling was a great deal and they had to make up some. Their offer was advertised at the price and I didn't ask for anything off!! Not to mention the car was dirty and had gum in the side door and a SAMs club membership laying in the floor. They knew I was serious about buying but no one wanted to clean the inside before I drove 90 minutes from mentor!!! I ended up purchasing the same car from mentor Kia the very next day!! More
