Service for my 2014 Mitsubishi We bought the vehicle from Sheffield Mitsubishi over an hour away from where we live. Our salesperson told us we could take it to the local Spitzer A We bought the vehicle from Sheffield Mitsubishi over an hour away from where we live. Our salesperson told us we could take it to the local Spitzer Auto Group in North Canton for service. They were extremely rude with us when we took it in for oil changes because we didn't buy the vehicle from them. My husband couldn't stand Spitzer North Canton's poor customer service so he took it to Waikem Mitsubishi for the next oil change. The staff there was professional and courteous. I took it in the next time, again, to Waikem and the service team was great! They were all so nice to deal with. While I was waiting in the service waiting room, one of the team members asked which vehicle was mine and told me they were almost done with the service. I highly recommend Waikem. They have a great service department and I will be referring other for great car experience! More
