My service manager Chris got me in at the promised time and out on time as well. Basic service visit but he made sure I was covered under the 3 year service plan. After a couple years of bad service at another Hyundai dealership, I am thrilled that I made the change to Diehl. More

I feel that everything was hectic and unorganized from the beginning. I was NOT happy with the outcome. I feel the technician could have tried a little harder. First off I was not at Diehl Mitsubishi. I was at Diehl Hyundai. I want to make sure the correct people get credit for my comments. I haven't liked Diehl from the start. This time they replaced my oil with full synthetic, which I never have had before. So I ended up going back to get a refund for the difference. I had to return anyhow, because the multi-point inspection didn't happen, at least on the tire pressure. On my way in for service, I checked the monitor and all my tires were at 30-31 psi. The inspection showed my tires were 35 coming in and 35 going out. Funny though, my tires were still at 30-31. One of the service managers tried to tell me it was probably a temperature difference from going into a warm service bay. What a crock. The tires were already warm from the drive to the shop! Why didn't he just admit the service tech did not do his job. Doesn't give you much confidence in what other items they did not perform and just checked off the boxes. I only wish there was an alternative Hyundai dealer close by so I could switch. Where is Waikem when you need and want them (back). More
