Only constructive criticism I can mention, is in order to bring Diehl Service to the level of most area competitors, all vehicle engine fluids, including windshielf washer fluid, should be checked, and leveled up if needed, during the inspection of the vehicle. Since Diehl took over this dealership, and service department, this no longer happens. Again, very minor but it is something I have noticed as a service negative. More

I bought my mitsubishi from Waikem's I need the dials on the heater and a/c repaired that work some of the time and some time do not work I was told No Mits mechanic works on Saturday and that my h on the heater and a/c repaired that work some of the time and some time do not work I was told No Mits mechanic works on Saturday and that my heater and a/c were working.. NO they are not and when I ask for it to be repaired, do not turn me away. And why is ther NO Mits mechanic on Saturday. I work M-F and cannot make it in unless it is a Saturday. Do you want business or NOT? I may want to purchase a new Mits next year and may not use your company to do so if this is how your repair shop for Mits works.......... More
