Upon arrival, Rick spent an hour in the car explaining various functions. Furthermore, I wanted a few small things done and he saw to it himself. At no time did I feel pressured or uncomfortable concerning the purchasing of the new Outback. He has checked back with me twice to see if I needed help with any of the special electronics. I have purchased 10 vehicles from Waikem's in the last 17 years and this has been the most satisfying of my experiences. More

Erik was knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions, getting the paper work taken care of quickly, and working with our lender (USAA) so we could drive the car home that same day. He did not push us toward a certain car or model but rather helped in the decision making process when asked to do so, this was very refreshing after working with pushy dealerships in the past. Erik also went above and beyond in showing us how to use all the features of our new car and making sure it was in perfect condition before we drove it home.
