Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman to boot, but also a “true” professional with integrity and character. We were greeted by the owner Laine Diffee, and everyone was helpful and accommodating. The finance experience was seamless thanks to Mark and Rob Williams who worked hard to find me a lender and plan to fit our needs and budget. They listened to my needs, didn’t pressure me, no games or surprises and Ronnie went above and beyond to explain my car’s features, set up my phone, and called to check on me and the car after the purchase. As we were leaving, Gann Diffee came out and shook our hands and thanked us for our business! The Greatest most Helpful Staff and Best Ford Dealership! My wife and I have bought two different vehicles from Diffee Ford, It has always been a very pleasurable experience dealing with these great folks... My wife and I have bought two different vehicles from Diffee Ford, It has always been a very pleasurable experience dealing with these great folks... we had an appointment for 10 a.m. on a Saturday, but ; we arrived 2 hours ahead of schedule and was greeted promptly, very friendly and knowledgeable staff!
