Perfect Hassle Free Experience - Except for Finance I was referred by family members to try the Diffee Ford Lincoln Dealership after having poor experiences and getting the "run around" at other local d I was referred by family members to try the Diffee Ford Lincoln Dealership after having poor experiences and getting the "run around" at other local dealerships. I was surprised and extremely impressed at the professionalism of the sales team. They didn't pressure me into looking at vehicles I wasn't interested in and were extremely helpful in assisting me with selecting the perfect vehicle. The entire time working with the sales team, I never felt pressured or like I was being taken advantage of. I wish every car dealership had people in them like Lansing, Steve, and Court Diffee. However, I was taken aback at the stark difference between how I was treated by the sales and management team and how I was treated in the finance department. I was extremely disappointed to find an approximately three thousand dollar warranty was added to my vehicle without it being explained or notified of the addition. Had I not caught it on the very last signature document, I would have absorbed that liability with no indication from employee I was dealing with. When I brought this up and indicated I did not ask for, nor did I want this addition, the employee left the office and came back (less than 10 seconds later) and stated he could get it for me for "employee pricing" and stated he would have to "just print everything out again" if I didn't desire the warrantee. Once I indicated I again, did not desire it, the friendly conversation turned to one word responses and I was told I could "ask my sales associate" if I had any questions. Going from the nicest experience I have ever had a dealership to this conversation was like night and day. I am struggling to even leave a negative note on this review because I cannot say enough how impressed I was with the sales and management team at Diffee. They made car shopping a breeze and I never felt like I do at other local dealerships where you have to constantly find out what the "catch" is when speaking with them. I only leave this in hopes they can reform their finance department to match the high standard of their sales and management team! If you're considering buying a new vehicle, give them a shot first! Just make sure and check your paperwork! More

I dealt with about four different people including the owner Mr. Diffee in the process of ordering, purchasing and delivery of the car and they were all courteous, soft spoken gentle type people. Not a typo A personality to be found anywhere. I had never experienced anything like that before. They were also very up front and honest about all their dealings. They did exactly what they said they would do and even more than they said they would do. Amazing actually. If we purchase another Ford or Lincoln in the future we intend to go to them first even though they are more than 100 miles from us. If we could we would give them a 7 Star rating. He was very patient and let me drive the 2 cars I had narrowed down, several times each! There was very little haggling over price and when it was finished, he took another 30 minutes and showed me how to use all the bells and whistles in the car. I accidentally left my paperwork at the dealership, and Conner contacted me to let me know that he was going to drop it in the mail so I wouldn't have to drive back to El Reno to get it. This was so smooth and seamless, and my sister and I actually had a good time, which has NEVER happened before! I will definitely buy my next vehicle from Diffee! More
