Buying a new pickup. Great experience! Lansing was great to work with! Deal was handled in a timely manner! Lansing worked hard in the heat to find the truck we wanted. Hi Great experience! His communication was great, as he got right back to us the next morning with answers to our questions! The dealership did not try to "mess" with us and waste our time! Lansing turned us over to Mark the finance guy and he was great as well, very enjoyable experience there too! Lansing made sure we met up with the service dept and that we were familiar with our new Ford truck!!! More

So many service visits Every time I visit for an oil change or some other odd end, I am taken care of. On a first name basis with Phil and Brandon (is that good or bad haha!) and every time I have taken one of our two vehicles in for a service, everything is just taken care of. Its just nice to not have to feel guarded and on the defensive when they come with the "uh oh" list of things. Its why I drive all the way out to El Reno every time I need service. We have bought two Lincolns and two Fords from the dealership and all of them have been great. Thanks folks, customer for life. More

This was my first time purchasing a car by myself, and every person, in each department with which I dealt, was so helpful and clear. Lansing was stellar, and went over many details with me, always clarifying and never pushy. I could not have asked for a better salesman, to guide me through all the steps needed, to eventually drive off in my 2015 Ford Edge. Stan Houts was so helpful to me early on, when I had many questions about the vehicle I was trading in. He started the whole process off in a very positive note, which was instrumental in helping me to get the ball rolling and finally buy a car. I would not hesitate to buy from Diffee Ford in the future! More

Excellent dealership I purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKX and since we live in another state, we did all the negotiations over the phone or on the internet. When we drove up to pick up the car, everything was as agreed and there was no hassle at all. The easiest purchase of an auto I have ever made!! Chandler, our sales rep, was wonderful and a pleasure to deal with. The longest time we spent was in going over operations of the car. The finance manager was also a pleasure. Should I purchase another Lincoln in the future, I will definitely use this dealership. More

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I haven't looked at cars except on line and decided after a very nice call from Lansing Woolf to go to El Reno, Difffee Ford/Lincoln to look at a Ford I haven't looked at cars except on line and decided after a very nice call from Lansing Woolf to go to El Reno, Difffee Ford/Lincoln to look at a Ford Edge because I had a 2009 forever and I LOVED it. I wanted one just like it! I met Lansing and he was the very BEST polite, informative, NO PRESSURE, fun and helpful salesperson I have ever met (not just at a car dealership). He and Mr. Diffee (can't remember which one, but two were there and they were AWESOME also) helped me so much in looking around for cars they had available and the various options, prices, etc. I drove about 5 cars and FINALLY decided on the RUBY RED METALLIC Lincoln MKC. The financing was quick and easy and I would recommend this dealership to everyone! They are very fair, helpful, friendly and do not mess with you! Especially, Mr. Diffees, Lansing is a wonderful person and salesman and deserves a raise and a bonus for how he helped me and treated me. I have spent two years trying to find the perfect preowned car for my family. My initial email contact with Don VanZant was prompt, polite, and informative. He made arrangements for me to work with Turner Wilkins prior to going to the dealership. I drove two hours with my 5yr old daughter to test drive the vehicle I had contacted them about. Turner greeted me right after I pulled up and the car I was interested in was waiting right up front. Turner's knowledge about the vehicle was excellent and his personality was warm and welcoming. His patience and kindness and accommodation with my active 5yr old was so so helpful and made my visit all the better. As a woman, I usually find dealerships intimidating and condescending. But I did NOT feel that way even for one second during my time at Diffee Ford Lincoln. The entire process of test driving, appraisal of my trade in vehicle, and all of the necessary paperwork that followed was prompt, professional, and accurate. I love my 'new to me' car and so does my family. Working with Diffee Ford Lincoln was definitely the best experience I could have dreamed of. Huge thank you's to everyone there.
