Bad Service Department I had a great experience with purchasing a 2009 F-150. My sales person was Turner. He was very helpful and polite. I couldn’t say enough about him. Even the process of signing the paperwork was quick and easy. They even found us a great loan rate. The whole purchasing experience was great. However, the service department and detailing are terrible. It was late in the evening and there wasn’t time to clean the vehicle. We decided to bring it back later to be cleaned. The next day it rained and the cab leaked above the passenger side door. So we brought it back to be fixed and detailed as well. I was told by the service department that the cargo light seal was most likely the problem and that the water can run over to the door. When we picked up the truck, there was still adhesive on the windows from all the stickers before purchase but otherwise it was clean. Because we live 45 minutes away I didn’t want to come back again just to clean the windows. The next rain we had the cab leaked again! I was charged 50 dollars for a seal that wasn’t even the problem. They just assumed that’s what it was. I found the leak myself by spraying water on the truck. It was a loose screw directly over the leak area. More

He called to check up on us, to see if we were enjoying our vehicle, and to see if there was anything he could help us with. Through this experience, we knew that the next vehicle would be purchased through dealing with Chandler again. From this point forward, we will only purchase vehicles from Chandler Diffee and Diffee Ford. More
