Lorne met us in the parking lot where we chatted and discussed the vehicle (along with a few others). He was gracious and listened / noted our small punch list of concerns. In the end, Lorne took care of everything with asked, communicated on every step and we had an great car buying experience ... we couldn't be happier! Excellent shopping experience! Paul Mercer found me the exact vehicle I wanted. He is an extremely knowledgeable, kind and courteous gentleman. Upon my arrival, a young man named Co Paul Mercer found me the exact vehicle I wanted. He is an extremely knowledgeable, kind and courteous gentleman. Upon my arrival, a young man named Conner Diffee assisted me and walked me through the buying process.He then took e out to the Edge and taught me what I needed to know. Also told me to call him anytime if I had pro lems or questions. He was so polite and respectful to me. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The building was so clean and very attractive and the office girls very friendly and nice. Besides all that, I love my new Edge. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Diffees to all my friends and neighbors! More

I was mostly impressed that 2 of the Diffee owners shook my hand to thank me for the business.
