USed Ford Explorer A few days after I had made the purchase, I emailed the sale rep for answers to a few problems I found. His responses were a little slow (for me) and did not fully answer my questions. I had to send 3 emails to get all of my questions addressed. One minor thing that could possibly be fixed over the phone (dead key FOB) I was told just to bring it in and Diffee would check it out. Diffee dealership is not close to my house and I would have preferred to have been gicing some instructions instead of "just drop by here" (30 miles away and only open 8-5) and we see our service person. I called the service person and received a return call a day and a 1/2 later. More

Test drove a few and once I had decided the paperwork process that usually keeps you at a dealership for hours, was completed before I could think about it. Everyone that helped us Saturday were great. So friendly and open! More

Actual purchase was wonderful experience. Since then, not so Notified vehicle was ready for pick-up. When picking up, was informed that the AM and FM portions of radio were inoperative. Was told it was a minor problem that could easily be resolved. Vehicle back to dealer for fix. Had vehicle for two days, no repair, part had to be placed on order. Was told at pick-up if part were required it would be taken off vehicle on lot to expedite repair and return of my vehicle. Did not happen. Vehicle returned to me without repair. Over two weeks passed with no word from dealer. Called salesman desiring status and found out part was in and I could make arrangements for repair action. Dealer had not notified me of receipt of needed part. Had called salesman once and Mr. Laine Diffee once but never got return phone call after leaving message. Had been promised a 48 hr test drive period and a gift certificate for taking test drive, neither happened. More
