1st experience I brought my 2014 SRX to Dimmitt Cadillac because of what I thought was a transmission problem,when I pulled up to the service department I had my c I brought my 2014 SRX to Dimmitt Cadillac because of what I thought was a transmission problem,when I pulled up to the service department I had my car door opened for me by a very nice young man and asked what can we do for you sir. He directed me to the service desk where I was greeted by service advisor Kevin Hamby. I told Kevin what I thought the problem was he suggested that we have the shop foreman take me for a ride in my car so he can experience the the same symptoms that I was. We were not even out of the parking lot and the shop foreman who I forgot his name had the problem diagnosed. He told me front wheel bearing and hub. When we got back to the dealership Kevin told me that all the parts were in stock and my car will be ready by late afternoon. 3pm Kevin called me and told me the car was ready.When I picked up my car Kevin had all the paperwork ready for me to sign and he walked me out to the car asked if there was anything else he could do for me today,my car was cleaned and ready to go.What a wonderful experience I received from Kevin and the Dimmit Cadillac team. I will be back. More

1st Class Customer Dealership! Dimmitt Cadillac is the dealership to go to if you want great customer service. Steve Kelly saw us looking at a few cars and asked if he could assist Dimmitt Cadillac is the dealership to go to if you want great customer service. When we were ready to get serious, we found Steve and he let us look at several cars and we test drive the car we want. Helpful and honest. We were looking for a used vehicle on line and found what we needed at Dimmitt Cadillac. My wife went in while I was at work and Rudy Munter helped he We were looking for a used vehicle on line and found what we needed at Dimmitt Cadillac. My wife went in while I was at work and Rudy Munter helped her decide between 2 different choices, letting her drive both and test the features that were important to us. Helped her with finance information. When I got home later we went back to the dealer and Rudy was very respectful and not hurried allowing us time to make our decision. Not the experience we usually have in a car dealer. I asked if he would sell this car to his mother , he said of course and he explained Dimmitt will not put a car on the lot that one of the Dimmitt Family wouldn't feel save in themselves. More
