Simply unhappy! Car in for "routine maintenance" , kept overnite at my request. When picked up I asked if the blue urea fluid had been filled-- certainly was the answer, but with my first tank of gas the w overnite at my request. When picked up I asked if the blue urea fluid had been filled-- certainly was the answer, but with my first tank of gas the warning came on of 800 miles, fill up the blue fluid. Seems pretty basic in a car that broke all the rules and needs this vital fluid to stay within the law! More

I arrived assuming something was wrong with my car because i could no longer pull up and out of my driveway. Actually, the car was smarter than I am; if the defroster was on, this driveway feat was no because i could no longer pull up and out of my driveway. Actually, the car was smarter than I am; if the defroster was on, this driveway feat was no longer possible. Kevin figured out my problem (not my car's problem), saving me a service visit.
