Marina has been my service advisor for over a decade. She is awesome! I have had nothing short of stellar interaction and completion of service provided for my many Volkswagens over the years. My 2005 Touare is awesome! I have had nothing short of stellar interaction and completion of service provided for my many Volkswagens over the years. My 2005 Touareg V8 which had major service completed including a full front end suspension re-fresh bushing appointment was completed with just a few minor issues. That is why I did not give a complete 5 star rating. When I picked up the vehicle, I noticed what looked like coolant that had dripped all down the passenger door. Not good. In addition, when I popped open the hood oil had not been cleaned from the timing covers. It doesn't take long for the Tech to clean the area, and for spending over 5k in service, the customer should receive all mess cleaned properly. Overall this why I did not give my service appointment 5 stars. Marina deserved 5 stars, however the tech deserved 4 stars. Thank you for taking the time to read this message Volkswagen!
