From the time I initially called and explained the issue to Kevin in the shop -- who knew exactly which part on my VW Atlas Cross Sp start to finish. I purchased my car from Dirito Bros in 2009. The car was serviced there for three years until a VW dealership opened about 5 miles from my house. Dirito is still a good dealership.
