On 12/18/20, Friday, I had my 70k service for my 2017 Golf and I, also, purchased 2 Michelin tires. Kevin Hubert made sure the tires were ordered on a timely basis to arrive for my 70k service. Prior to my 70k service, Kevin reviewed my car's maintenance history so he would know what I may or may not need for my 70k service. Kevin took excellent care of me and my car and the service was finished earlier than expected. Kevin has always been professional, friendly, caring, highly-skilled, he communicates well, and he is very easy to work with. I very much appreciate Kevin and he is an asset to DB.
