For the 3rd time this year, I've had to bring my 2019 Beetle back for something that you all did to my car. Your attention to detail is severely lacking. This time was a loose oil cap that caused my enti Beetle back for something that you all did to my car. Your attention to detail is severely lacking. This time was a loose oil cap that caused my entire car to shake and rattle and spew oil all over the engine compartment and down the front of the body. While the engine compartment is better than it was (still not totally clean), oil drip marks remain down the front of the car. It was also returned to me completely filthy (dirt) and with bird droppings. I did not give you my car this way. Good customer service would dictate that you give me a voucher to have my Beetle professionally detailed. More
