Not only was the service Dept excellent, but the sales force, specifically Peter devries, sold me another Volkswagen Beetle that I didn't think I needed. Had to have oil pan replaced in routine oil change. Was told the reason I needed a new oil pan was from too many oil changes. I only come in the recommended amount of time. How is that too many?If the oil pan degrades over time why isn’t this issue looked at during maintenance? I ended up paying double what I was initially quoted for a routine maintenance check due to the part not being in stock.
