Fabulous service I had not been to the dealership in many years but I needed a repair that I believesdwould be better completed by Volkswagon. I was not disappointed. When my car would not start and the tow company came 4 hours later than scheduled I was stressed out. Shannon was just what I needed to reassure me that I would be taken care of and not in a salesman kind of way. She listened to my concerns and made me feel truly cared about. She followed through with giving me frequent updates and explained my options and answered all of my questions. I could not have been happier. They were even able to reduce the final bill by salvaging some of my current parts. Thanks for renewing my faith in big dealerships. More

Amazing and Reliable! Shannon was so great! My car needed a service and she got me right in, she was detailed in the description of what needed to be done and why, and she Shannon was so great! My car needed a service and she got me right in, she was detailed in the description of what needed to be done and why, and she quoted me nearly the exact price I paid! The reason for the discrepancy was that my car key needed a new battery (which I knew) and they replaced it for about $10. Great service!! Nice folks!! More

Difficult Windshield Replacement Windshield needed replacement due chip caused by rock hitting it. Apparently a complex process due "Lane Assist" feature on car. Also Diri Windshield needed replacement due chip caused by rock hitting it. Apparently a complex process due "Lane Assist" feature on car. Also Dirito staff reported first replacement windshield furnished by VW was unsatisfactory delaying the work while a new replacement was obtained. Given the new technology involved, we considered it to be a "learning experience" all around. Miss the free carwash. More
