An unusual repair done right! Our Golf's brake lights stopped working with no obvious damage after it was bumped from behind by another car. At the same time, the cruse control st Our Golf's brake lights stopped working with no obvious damage after it was bumped from behind by another car. At the same time, the cruse control stopped working - how come? Why would the brake lights and cruse control both stop at the same time? I was baffled. The Dirito wizards figured it out and fixed everything. Kevin suspected the connection was that the brake peddle is used to turn the cruse control off - and he was right! I'm always satisfied with their care for our cars. More

Great personal care I purchased a used vehicle several weeks ago, it was a good purchase for us recently it wouldn’t start dead as if dead battery than it would start. I purchased a used vehicle several weeks ago, it was a good purchase for us recently it wouldn’t start dead as if dead battery than it would start. Kevin my service advisor was very thorough as was Bryan the shop foreman. the problem was intermittent and couldn’t be pinpointed. Ronald became involved and reassured me they would figure out the problem. He authorized a loaner vehicle. They finally were able to recreate the problem which was the key not being pushed in all the way. Very much appreciated the team effort to figure out problem. Thank you More

Easy Beginnings with a Horrible Ending The only reason I put 2 stars is because Shannon in service was a great person and help to me. My name is Lamont McNaulty,I’m not from Walnut Creek, The only reason I put 2 stars is because Shannon in service was a great person and help to me. My name is Lamont McNaulty,I’m not from Walnut Creek, I recently moved here from Menlo Park. Everything was great until I decided to take the free shuttle downtown. I should have just stayed in the lobby. The pick up from the vw service center came in less than 10 minutes and the drop off went well. This happened around 12pm. I received a call at 2:49pm from Shannon that my car was ready. I called for a pick up from the shuttle at 3:13pm, a gentleman answered the phone and let me know the shuttle will be on his way. So, I waited until 3:53, no one came so I called back just making sure everything was fine. The same gentleman pick up the phone, put me on hold and said he was calling a driver to pick me up. Once, I got off hold he told me that he was going to have a Uber come pick me up. He was going to send me the Uber information through text message. So, I’m like okay I fine with that. I never received a text from him. Luckily for me, My girlfriend works right up the street and she got off of work at 4:20. She was able to pick me up and bring me back to the vw service center to pick up my car. I would have been stranded if it wasn’t for her. It’s a horrible feeling to be dropped off and lied to and ditched. This is unacceptable. I don’t remember the gentlemen’s name but I told Shannon what had happened and she’s such a sweet person. I had every intention on finding out who lied and never sent anybody to come pick me up and question him. I didn’t do that because it wasn’t worth it. I’m writing this in hopes you fix the problems or lack of communication between driver and dispatch. More

Great Service Center I took my car into Volkswagen because my left rear tire had a nail in the outer rim part. They took a look and new that I needed a new tire because o I took my car into Volkswagen because my left rear tire had a nail in the outer rim part. They took a look and new that I needed a new tire because of where the nail was located. They did an excellent job putting on the new tire. I am very happy with the service I received. More

Recall of VW Made Appointment the day before; Came on time , Checked in, got ride home by a very good and friendly shuttle driver (Bill). After 4 hours received a Made Appointment the day before; Came on time , Checked in, got ride home by a very good and friendly shuttle driver (Bill). After 4 hours received a call, that car is ready, was picked up by same driver. Picked up my wife's VW. Found to my surprise that the car clock was adjusted to the proper Summer time, All in all a very good experience! More
