It was an intimidating experience as the manual My wife’s 2018 Tiguan posted a “coolant liquid too low” warning yesterday morning on her way to work. It was an intimidating experience as the manual qualifies that error as a “stop driving and pull over” incident. And this for a vehicle with only 6,500 miles on it in six months of ownership driving it mostly around town. Went over to her parking garage and verified that the coolant level was indeed below the minimum level noted in the reservoir. Called the service center at 15:25 on a Friday afternoon and they were able to pressure test the system that same day. Had the car back to me by 18:30 the same day with no trouble found and the coolant topped off. My wife is now able to drive it around town with no concerns. And there was no charge for either labor or parts. Not much else you can ask of from a dealership. More

At the same time, the cruse control stopped working - how come? Why would the brake lights and cruse control both stop at the same time? I was baffled. The Dirito wizards figured it out and fixed everything. Kevin suspected the connection was that the brake peddle is used to turn the cruse control off - and he was right! Great personal care I purchased a used vehicle several weeks ago, it was a good purchase for us recently it wouldn’t start dead as if dead battery than it would start. I purchased a used vehicle several weeks ago, it was a good purchase for us recently it wouldn’t start dead as if dead battery than it would start. Kevin my service advisor was very thorough as was Bryan the shop foreman. the problem was intermittent and couldn’t be pinpointed. Ronald became involved and reassured me they would figure out the problem. He authorized a loaner vehicle. They finally were able to recreate the problem which was the key not being pushed in all the way. Very much appreciated the team effort to figure out problem. Thank you More
